MD802 All system CANNOT ERASE FAULTCODES??

    Hi i have MD802 All system... I try to erase fault codes but cannot not do it, it can read without any problem?? It says error??  I have vag 405 and there is no problem to erase fault codes even if they come back later...

    Is there any solution to this??

    What vehicle model and vin? If this is a CAN bus system is the code a permanent code?

     I have tested at one Golf year 2000 and one Volvo 2002, Golf i could erase with old Autel VAG 405 not with md 802??
